Harvest Hope to Provide Relief to Upstate Communities Affected by Hurricane Helene

October 1, 2024

Today, Erinn Rowe, CEO of Harvest Hope Food Bank will be present at our Greenville location to speak with media. She will address ongoing efforts by Harvest Hope to get food and water into our most hard-hit communities. We would appreciate your coverage of the event, so we can get as much information out the public as possible.

Harvest Hope is working closely with local government officials and community partners to identify areas of greatest need and coordinate relief efforts. We will be deploying our mobile pantries over the next few days to those counties and communities. The mobile pantry trailers will be loaded at our Greenville location this morning after 10:30 a.m.

"We understand the challenges that Hurricane Helene has brought to the Greenville community," said Erinn Rowe, Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Hope Food Bank. "Our mission is to provide hope and support to those affected by the storm, and we are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to the food and water they need to recover and rebuild."
