FLORENCE: Harvest Hope Hosts Share Your Holiday Event on Giving Tuesday

This Giving Tuesday, Harvest Hope Food Bank, area Food Lion Stores, and Victors in Florence are teaming up for a day-long Share Your Holiday event to help families in need during the holiday season.

One in eight of our neighbors struggles with food insecurity, unsure where their next meal will come from. On Giving Tuesday, give HOPE a seat at the table and help Harvest Hope provide nutritious meals to those facing hunger.

Here's how you can help:

• Donate Food: Buy non-perishable food items like canned goods, pop-top meals, and peanut butter to donate at your local Food Lion store (see below for locations) from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
• Donate Online: Make a monetary donation and shop our virtual food drive at https://give.harvesthope.org/ge/syh24pd.
• Donate via Text: Text SHARE3 to 803-866-7512.
• Attend the Happy Hour: Join us at Victors (126 W Evans St., Florence, SC 29501) for a special Happy Hour event from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Enjoy a signature cocktail, with proceeds benefiting Harvest Hope. A light appetizer will be served, and Victors is offering discounts for future purchases with a donation to the food bank.
